In home Posture and balance work includes strength and flexibility but primarily focuses on even the basics like sitting, standing and walking with confidence and security.. many of my 50s to 70s clients work on maintaining their ability to do the things they love (hiking, running, dancing, skiing)… Where my 70s to 90s clients are regaining the ability to do the things they used to do
