Tomato Basil Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 cups fresh tomatoes
2 oz. of tomato paste
4 – 6 leaves of fresh basil rolled and sliced
1 – 2 garlic cloves crushed and minced
2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. dried oregano
Pinch of marjoram
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
* Preheat oven to 400oF. Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
and roast for about 45 minutes. Combine tomatoes and all ingredients then use an immersion blender to puree the soup in the stockpot, or transfer soup to a food processor or blender to blend. The soup should be smooth, with a few tomato chunks. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve warm.

Box Jumps:
Face a sturdy box or platform.
Bend knees, swing arms, and explosively jump onto it.
Land softly, absorbing impact with legs.
Step down and repeat for desired reps.
Gradually increase box height.
Jump Squats:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Lower into a squat position, keeping back straight.
Explosively jump up, extending arms overhead.
Softly land back into squat and repeat.
Maximize height and power.
Plyometric Push-Ups:
Assume push-up position, hands slightly wider than shoulders.
Lower chest, then explosively push off, allowing hands to leave surface.
Reposition hands wider in the air.
Land with hands wider and immediately lower chest for next rep.
Modify from knees or use elevated surface.
Tuck Jumps:
Stand with feet hip-width apart.
Bend knees and jump explosively.
Bring knees up toward chest, tucking them in.
Extend legs and prepare for next jump.
Land softly and immediately repeat.

Skater Jumps:
Stand with feet hip-width apart, slightly bend knees.
Leap laterally to the right, landing on right foot with left foot lifted.

Creamy Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lb. (6 medium) ripe tomatoes, cored
1 small cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded
1 medium green bell pepper
1 small red onion
2 medium garlic cloves
1 small Serrano chili
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
Directions:
* Cut 1 lb. tomatoes, half of cucumber, and half of bell pepper into 4 inch dice; place veggies in medium bowl. Mince half onion and add to diced veggies. Toss with 2 tsp. sea salt and transfer to fine mesh strainer set over medium bowl. Set aside for 1 hour.
* The remaining veggies will be pureed, so a rough chop is all they need. Chop remaining 2 lb. of tomatoes, half of cucumber, half of bell pepper, and half of onion and place in large bowl. Add garlic, chili, and 12 tsp. sea salt. Toss until well combined. Set aside.
* Transfer drained 4 inch veggies to medium bowl and set aside. Reserve liquid.
* Transfer half of roughly chopped veggies into a blender and add reserved liquid from diced
* veggies and process for about 30 seconds.
* With blender running, slowly drizzle half of the olive oil and continue to blend until completely smooth (about 2 minutes). Strain soup through fine mesh strainer into large bowl, using back of ladle or rubber spatula to press soup through strainer. Repeat with remaining vegetable blend mixture and remaining olive oil.
* Stir in vinegar, minced herb, and half of diced veggies into soup and season to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least two hours to chill completely and develop flavors. Serve, passing remaining diced veggies, olive oil, red wine vinegar and peppers separately.

Steady-State Rowing:
* Set the resistance level on the rowing machine to a comfortable setting.
* Row at a consistent pace and intensity for a predetermined duration, such as 20 minutes.
* Focus on maintaining proper form, with a strong leg drive, smooth arm extension, and controlled recovery phase.
* Monitor your stroke rate (strokes per minute) to keep it within a moderate range.
Interval Rowing:
* Warm up with 5 minutes of rowing at an easy pace.
* Row at a high intensity for 1 minute, aiming for a faster stroke rate and more power.
* Recover by rowing at a slower pace for 1 minute.
* Repeat this cycle for a total of 10 rounds.
* Cool down with 5 minutes of rowing at an easy pace.
Pyramid Rowing:
* Set the resistance level on the rowing machine to a moderate setting.
* Row for 1 minute at a comfortable pace.
* Increase the intensity and row for 2 minutes at a faster pace.
* Continue increasing the duration of each interval by 1 minute, reaching a peak of 5 minutes.
* Then, decrease the duration of each interval by 1 minute until you return to a 1-minute interval.

Garlic and Herb Cauliflower Wraps Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets
2 egg whites
1 clove garlic, minced
3⁄4 tsp. dried herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Directions:
* Preheat the oven to 375oF and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it forms a crumb-like texture. Place the crumbles and 4 cup water in a saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, or until tender.
* Drain the cauliflower in a colander, and then transfer to a clean kitchen towel. Firmly squeeze any excess water from the cauliflower. In a bowl, stir together the cauliflower and remaining ingredients. Form two thin circles on the parchment lined baking sheets. With a spatula, press down the “dough” so it forms a thin layer. Keep the wraps compact, there should be no parchment paper showing through the mixture in any area of the wrap.
* Bake for about 17 minutes until dry and pliable. Gently remove to a wire rack to cool so the bottom does not become soggy. Use with light fillings or tear into pieces and use to scoop up fillings.
