The sunscreen aisle can be an overwhelming place. 🥵
(Especially if you’re looking for a more natural choice! 🌿)
SPF 15, 30, or 50?
Spray, lotion, or stick?
Broad-spectrum, emollient, or mineral-based?
With so many options available, it’s easy to feel lost! 😳

Here are my favorite non-toxic sunscreen brands: 💚

These are generally easy to find, but just in case, here are the ingredients you should steer clear of if you’re going with another brand:

These Four "O" Ingredients

❌ Oxybenzone
❌ Octinoxate
❌ Octisalate
❌ Octocrylene

These Two "P" Ingredients

❌ Phthalates
❌ Parabens

It’s also best to avoid sprays (even the natural ones) as they can cause respiratory issues.
