Thank you so much for joining the workshop!! Such an afternoon filled with focus and passionate energy!!
In this workshop, I shared how the mindfulness practice supports your mental and emotional health. So essential and benefitial to better understand thier benefits before jumping into arty expression. Because mindfulness is far more than being present, and the same applies to Mindful Art, which offers so much more than relaxation. When practiced with intention, it opens up extraordinary opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth.
Also shared the power of visual language and the concept of the emotional iceberg. Your emotions often extend far beyond what is visible on the surface. Engaging with visual language allows you to explore the deeper layers of your experiences, helping you unwind and untangle your ingrained thoughts, which can be both therapeutic and healing.
