Melissa Adrouny is an obstetrician and gynecologist who is proud to call herself a Bay Area native. After she graduated high school from Saint Francis, she played four years of Division 1 soccer for the University of Texas at Austin after which she found her way to New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina where she took part in rebuilding the city while in medical school at Tulane University. She then made her way back to California to complete residency at UCSF-Fresno. She is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Los Gatos and considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to serve the community here. Her mission is simple: to provide excellent and sincere care to her patients above anything else.

&& that’s a wrap on MA Week at Adrouny Women’s Health!! 🎊🫶🏼🩷 we seriously hit the jackpot with our MAs. They keep the flow going, take care of patients with so much kindness, and honestly just make our office a better place to be. Big love to our team and to every MA out there, you all deserve to be celebrated not just this week but all year long. 💕

Well, here it is. My heart and soul on a platter.

I’ve dreamed of a space like this since I was a resident, first learning how to care for patients and now I’m in disbelief that it’s actually here.

There are so many people to thank for helping bring this vision to life. It would be impossible to tally the hours, emails, and meetings that went into it, but what’s been most incredible to witness is the way the Village has revealed itself through this entire process.

Over the past year, patients, friends, and colleagues have come out of the woodwork to lend their minds, their skills, and their hearts to the greater effort. It’s been deeply humbling to watch, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve already accomplished, even before opening our doors.

The Village was never meant to be built alone. It’s a reflection of community, of what happens when people come together around a shared belief: that when our moms are winning, we’re all winning.

Here’s to the Village and to the many ways it will continue to grow, serve, and shine.
