Yesterday, my fur child, Sir Athos, decided it would be a good idea to bring home a present attached to his collar. My guess, he tried to mark himself with it and it backfired. The vultures have been snacking on this poor little thing for at least a month. If it had a collar, I’d reach out to the owners, but alas no collar.

Ran the Wharf to Wharf today and made a new PR for the race. I have been battling a screwed up rib and Athos wasn’t ready to run it yet, so not only am I super excited to beat my PR, but doing it while not at my best is icing on the cake!
