Nine years ago, my passion for health and wellness grew out of a situation I had been suffering most of my adult life. I was diagnosed with a long-term chronic disorder that required me to take medicine three times a day for the rest of my life. Once I started to see my satisfaction from eating properly, I set out to help others, especially those with ADHD. I saw first-hand how eating also made a
difference with your overall focus. I saw that eating differently (which I didn't believe my diet was that bad in the first place) changed so much for me in a positive way that I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to get more educated and furthered my education by attending the ADD Coach Academy. I'm a proud member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and my clients are some of the most amazing, brave people I know, and I am blessed to be a part of their journey. My attitude is, there are rules you have to do daily to improve some of the lagging executive function that stops you from being and doing all you need to do, or you ate outside your boundaries, you did poorly on a test, or you didn't like the way you were to a friend, so what? Get up, think about how you will feel when you make a different choice, and move towards that choice. I call them your everyday gifts!! And, I want to help you see your gifts become your success.
