Last weeks healing journeys, we worked with the blessed element of water. I made this beautiful rose water with roses, rosmary, sage, and mint from our garden! I added a drop of Lourdes water for miracles!

I sang songs of praise to our beautiful creator, Father God. Singing water blessings in Spanish and English. Such gratitude to Mother Earth for her beautiful offerings.

To be a vessel and witness during this transformative journey is such a wonderful blessing. Working with the Holy Spirit, Holy Angels, nature, elements, and heavenly gifts.

To watch the healing take place as the body moves and spirit connects as we lay our burdens down, along with pain and suffering.

We cleanse the vessel to recieve love, to give love, and most importantly to BE love.

A guided meditation takes you through Heaven and Earth connecting your heart, mind and Spirit. With breath work, sound, and light touch, we regulate your nervous system allowing your entire being to be restored and renewed to a state of balance and peace.

Such a beautiful honor and blessing to offer this sacred work!

Let’s go on a journey….

We get so lost in the hustle and bustle of every day, no wonder we get lost in a deregulated nervous system! We take on the world and every one in it, when do we escape for just a moment of peace?

How do we let go of trauma, stress, and fear when we accumulate so much?

Staying “busy” yet nothing gets done is a sign of a deregulated nervous system.

Adrenal fatigue is chronic stress that can cause the adrenal glands to become overworked and stop producing essential hormones. Many people experience symptoms associated with adrenal fatigue such as fatigue, sleep problems, and unhealthy cravings of salt and sugar, creating this cycle of depletion leading to depression.
