We are a healthy meal prepping service that allows you to order from a weekly menu and delivery with an additional charge. We provide a wide range of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts that are labeled with calories, fats, proteins, and carbohydrates with every meal you purchase. This leaves you with all the nutritional information you need for tracking and accountability purposes.

Our services will eliminate you feeling overwhelmed, over worked, or discouraged when it comes to eating healthy and preparing meals. Healthy food does not have to be boring or unappealing. We believe that we have created a menu that will leave you satisfied while still reaching the goals that you have set for yourself. Menu will be released every Sunday, orders will need to be placed and paid in full by Wednesday (PayPal will be available), and orders will be ready or delivered on Sundays
