Anthony is a national power lifter and came to us due to low back pain. Started back to basics and worked on transverse abdominal activation. Now focusing on the high level compound movements. Jesse had right knee surgery back in May and his most challenging movement before and after surgery was knee flexion. He has been working very hard in therapy and it has certainly paid off. Janine came to Physical Therapy after having a total knee done in June. She was very worried about her incision not healing correctly and was explained to trust the process. Behold, the “JIFFY” Knee!
