I woke up with this song, “Turn, Turn,Turn” whose 1959 lyrics by Pete Seeger were adapted from the Bible’s Old Testament, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. In particular, “A time to be born, a time to die” rang so beautifully and peacefully within me with no sadness—quite a milestone. For nearly 1 week I have been ecstatic thinking about Ernest after a major shift on Sunday while visiting the Carizzo Plains for the 2023 wildflower super bloom.
