So many changes have been thrust upon us recently and while some of us are eager to get back into the flow of life outside our sanctuaries, others may need some help. Please join us from the comfort of your home as Gila Zak, C.Ht., provides us with a metaphorical road map, and assists us in creating a customized route to help us step back into life. This will be an interactive event followed by a question and answer session. Gila Zak, C.Ht. is an honors graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy. Her passion is teaching individuals and groups about human behavior and how easy it is to access and harness the power of the subconscious mind.

Hello everyone! This is my first official Hypno-Blast and I want to share it with you for free!

I created a free hypnosis for fears in these uncertain times that I sent out earlier this week to all my clients. I have been asked to share it more widely, and I am happy to do so! It is about half an hour, and is tailored to reconnect you with a sense of relaxation and calm that you can use a resource.

Think of it as a place of peace to return to when you need a mental break! It is NOT studio quality, but it DOES come from my heart, to yours.
