Let us enter the new year with compassion and love, clarity and ease. You are invited to join Rev. Darshini on Saturday, January 24 from 10 AM to 2 PM for an inspired day of teachings rooted in the ancient vedic wisdom of yoga for spiritually conscious purposeful living, meditation, contemplation, connection, and more. As we approach the Winter Solstice, a time when we honor the shortest day and the darkest night of the year, we are given good reason to pause, to rest, and tend to the inner light of divine remembrance. You are warmly invited to a Winter Solstice Special Satsang on Sunday, Dec. 21 from 9:30-10:45 AM. Our time together will include chanting and readings written by Paramahansa Yogananda, time in silence, a candle ritual and more. Following satsang, we will have a community vegetarian potluck. Together, we can support our youth in discovering their inherent capacity to be vital, loving, authentic human beings who can walk freely through the world. This month, Rev. Darshini will be offering a teaching on gratitude. Our time together includes gentle yoga postures, story time, a breathing practice, a craft, and more. Live the Eternal Way: The Art and Practice of Self Realization, begins on Wednesday of this week. This four week program, developed by Yogacharya O'Brian, will explore yoga philosophy and practice for spiritually conscious awakened living in an ever changing world. This course is intended for those who are brand new to Kriya Yoga and seasoned practitioners alike.
