As a small business owner the work never ends. So boundaries, breaks, discipline and focus become key. Once I’m done translating all my office and intake forms, my website is next. Will be fully bilingual in Spanish and English soon, and hopefully in other languages too in the near future - or have some easy capabilities on the site for folks to have that accessible. As well as other types of accessibilities and visibility. Exciting things to come!

Self treatment / cupping session Friday! I had a few cancellations and openings in my schedule today, and it’s been a long and rough week in many ways, so I decided to give myself a cupping session. Excuse the blurriness and not-so-great photos, not bad though for using a timer and cupping myself! Next time I gotta book with someone else though 😊

These are some of the swag : giveaways I passed out yesterday at the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce PPE Drive-Thru Annual event in the neighborhood of Barelas.

One packet had a 10-pack set of ear seeds (enough for two sessions) and the other had an essential oil blend for de-stressing and uplifting vibes!

Each one included a little instructional guide and pics with a small flyer of my biz and services, and my card. I think people loved them.

I also had a spinner wheel (thanks Leonard at Business Printing Solutions for making this awesome and fun thing for me and last minute no less!), and that was so much fun for everyone. I gave away a handful of Po Sum On liniments, some rose quartz and Jade stone rollers (!), and herbal face mask packets! I know people loved those because I would LOVE to get that anywhere I went.

I had so much fun, met so many people, and worked so hard to make this a great day.

Thanks to the Chamber and everyone else involved in making this event happen.
