Just a few friendly reminders for the new year:
1) If you have not been to our office in 2026 you will be asked to fill out an update sheet,we need a new one every year for our update package.
2)Please bring your insurance card with you, even if nothing has changed we still have to scan it as part of our update package.
3) If you have a deductible plan, that deductible period started over on 1/1/26 if you have questions about your plan our insurance dept is here to help at option 4.
4)If you have a copay plan please bring cash,fsa,check or credit/debit card. Those payments are expected at the time service is rendered not to be billed for later payment, this is set up by your insurance and HR dept.
5)On most plans your well child checkups are a covered service, if you have an athlete please schedule after April 15 to accommodate TSSAA rules. Check with your insurance plan for definitive coverage of these services
6) Each family is required ro put a credit card on file for billing that after 90 days will be ran for the balance unless an alternative payment plan is set up with our billing department and/or management team.
