I am thrilled to announce that I will be opening a new kids yoga studio in mid-November in Woodstock/Saugerties area!!! Our new name is Kidstock Yoga after this beautiful place we call home. Our mission remains the same which is to offer the best kids yoga and mindfulness classes for kiddos age 3-16! We have expanded our focus to include tween and teen classes as well.
