🌿 Healing through somatic awareness, intuitive movement, sound therapy, mindfulness, and compassionate coaching, specializing in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and body-based healing rooted in safety, softness, and soul. All classes are sacred in nature. Text to 81010 for the weekly schedule. We're currently offering classes in the Loudonville Mohican area. Private sessions for therapy are available in Jeromesville.
