Introducing my brand-new Body Rolling Class! 🌟
If you’ve ever wished for a workout that feels like a deep tissue massage + gentle yoga all in one, this is it. Using specialized balls, we target tight spots, release fascia, stimulate alignment from the inside out, and help your body move more freely and pain-free.
Perfect for:
• Desk workers with tight hips/back/shoulders
• Hypermobile joint pain
• Anyone recovering from workouts or daily stress
• Beginners to experienced movers looking for sustainable wellness
What to expect:
• Slow, intentional rolling sequences
• Breathwork + mindful movement
• No prior experience needed—just bring a mat and an open mind (balls provided or BYO)
Classes start Saturday, March 7, 11:30am. Registration is required with only six spots per class.ďż˝ ďż˝ Class is every other Saturday and lasts 75 minutes.
