Together in a group of up to twenty participants, we will experience the fulfillment of what it means to “grow back to our roots”. A one hour session of yoga and meditation will be followed by education in mindfulness practices while engaging, hands-on, with lovable farm animals such as donkeys, goats, alpaca and sheep, dependent upon the event. Participants can expect this to be a different exper
ience than typical “goat yoga” classes, yet space will be carved out for the presence with each aspect, as well as the joy and wellness they each bring.
