Families begin by meeting with a HANDS Counselor to discuss any questions or concerns about their pregnancy or their baby's first year. For those families who wish to receive further support, we have home visitation programs! All FREE services, designed to help create a positive future for both parents and babies!! Information has been provided on a variety of topics from our trusted partners. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk with your health care provider, your child's health care provider or other trusted professionals.
