This upcoming Friday in Hillsboro, OR there’s a cute yoga studio by the name of where I will be hosting the first Embodiment Circle! This dream has been years in the making, with flavors of dance, somatics, intuitive body processing, journaling, and art.
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and an offering for the workshop altar. Since it’s that time of year, bring either food, drink, flowers, or herbs that would have made your ancestors happy. Also feel free to bring nothing at all! Will see you on the dance floor ;)
This is a drug and alcohol free space/event. For the respect of all participants, please keep it at home or imbibe after, but off the property.

In combination with , Eagle Therapies will be co-facilitating a series of discussions called the “Home Farmer Series”. Food and nutrition are vital to how we live well with the world around us. When we are in the position of having to constantly give without having reciprocation, we can feel depleted. Our relationship with the earth can feel the same way, so learning small ways how we give back can help us repair our relationship with this planet one backyard at a time. Learn to empower yourself and others by learning the big picture of why composting matters, down to the detail of how to do it.

I have an assistant on the farm with me today! The key broke in the generator while we were having a power outage, so we couldn’t fire it up. So grateful we had wood stoves to keep the farm warm and to heat our food.
Living in community has been one of the biggest growth points for me, and I have learned so many life skills. Not just practical ones, but also emotionally. I love sharing how I live with others, and also hearing about other people’s experiences. It’s not always rainbows and fairy tales, but I firmly believe that communal living and sharing resources can help reduce our economic footprint.
In case anyone is interested, I will be holding a free circle regarding intentional community living through this upcoming Tuesday. I’ll drop the link in the comments.

It’s been a while since I’ve advertised any events. With me being settled in the Pacific Northwest, I wanted to anchor some offerings, like starting the shamanic journey groups back up. We will be offering a two hour New Years Day Shamanic journey where people can journey for themselves or others for a new years blessing. Participants can also bring a self addressed envelope with a stamp so that they can write a letter to their future self! I’ll hold onto them, and at a time guided by spirit, I’ll mail them when the time is right. It’s been lovely hosting these events in the past and I’m excited to continue this tradition.
