Last week was a whirlwind of activity for our residents as they welcomed the festive spirit of December. To celebrate the holiday season, we had the pleasure of hosting Elk Creek Baptist Church, who joined us for caroling, tree-decorating, and a special appearance from Santa, his elf, and a mini pony!

We're just a short drive from Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital and have been proudly serving the Louisa community since 1984. We also serve patients in the greater Louisa area including Mineral, Trevilians, Cuckoo, and more.

We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.

At Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud to be part of the communities we serve. We’re involved in many local charities and events including blood drives, mammogram screenings, and the annual Relay for Life.
