We need your help again!! The PBM (insurance middlemen) reform bill is needing attention from our legislators.

You can help us by emailing or calling your local representative (Lower chamber only). For our area, you can email Samantha Poetter at samantha.poetter@house.ks.gov.

You can use this script as a base for your email:

“Dear Representative Poetter,

I'm writing to urge you to ask Speaker Hawkins and Majority Leader Croft for the opportunity to vote on SB 360. This bill passed the Senate and delivers meaningful PBM reform for Kansas patients, employers, and pharmacies.

Vohs Pharmacy and other independent pharmacies in our state provide valuable and necessary services in their communities. PBMs threaten ther ability to stay open. Reform is needed!

We can’t predict exactly what the weather will be! We encourage everyone to get their refills picked up on Friday just in case! We will post again if we decide to close for the safety of our employees.
