Three years of Mamas in Motion 💛

What started as a small dream has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Over the past three years, we’ve had the honor of walking alongside women through pregnancy, postpartum, and every season in between, and that’s something we’ll never take for granted.

To every client who has trusted us, every provider who has referred to us, and every person who has supported, shared, or cheered us on… thank you. You are the reason we get to do what we love every single day.

From mobile visits to opening our own space, to continuing to grow this community of strong, supported women, we’re so proud of how far we’ve come.

We laugh… but sleep is an often overlooked pillar of pelvic floor health.

Poor sleep can impact pain levels, muscle tension, bladder symptoms, healing, hormones, energy, and how your body responds to exercise.

And for many moms… it’s not always something we can fully control.

Let’s be honest… most people don’t think about their pelvic floor until something feels off.

If I wanted a happier pelvic floor, these are three habits I’d change first ⬇️

🔥 Stop straining in the bathroom.
If you’re working that hard, your pelvic floor is too. Footstool, forward lean, breathe, hydrate, fiber.

🔥 Exhale when lifting your kid.
Toddlers, car seats, strollers… hold your breath and pressure goes straight down. Blow out first, lift second.

🔥 Move outside your workouts.
Your pelvic floor doesn’t only show up during gym time, it responds to what you do all day long. Micro-movement matters.

Small habits. Big impact.

📍Pregnant, postpartum, or leaking, heaviness, or pain? Pelvic floor therapy can change that.

We’re unplugging for Christmas 🎄🤍
Our Mamas in Motion team will be taking a break from social media to rest, reset, and spend time with our families through the end of the year.

💬 Social media messages:
Social media DMs will not be monitored during our break and will be returned beginning January 1. Email is the best way to reach us during this time.

📅 Clinic closure:
Our clinic will be closed December 24–28. Any emails, calls, or texts sent during this time will be returned starting December 29.
