So many things have already expanded this year

I entered 2024 in mentorship with the wonderful .energy where I explored my intention of refining practices that keep me open and receptive to the guidance of my Wise one, my Highest Self, Spirit Team, Angels and Guides. It was beautiful. Illuminating. Incredibly Empowering

As that experience was coming to a close, a communal opportunity came forward so I took all of my fresh insights into Spiritual Support Sundays with and a beautifully radiant group. Each week we journeyed and each week big shifts tumbled old structures so new ones could arise in their place. And the month went on

Enter in two potent BreathWave sessions and we have a very full month

It’s funny to me that these sacred experiences can get lost, especially the more frequently I drop into them. But what I know is that these sacred experiences lift all of my experiences to a higher place

So as I find myself in a deep pause today, like the ones I’ve felt at the end of each month this year, I recognize that it is not meant to be a hinderance. It is the initiation into another sacred experience - one of breath, reflection and celebration of all of the work I have sat in this month

I still haven’t booked the flights I need to, or fixed my website, but I have brought love to my body, cleared ancestral trauma, retrieved pieces of my Soul that were once lost and received life changing guidance

I am overwhelmed with the bigness I keep receiving and my capacity to hold it all

Whatever you have accomplished this month:
I am so proud of you. I celebrate you and I hope you take the space to do so too

💫 It is magic when a woman remembers she is the author of her own story.

When she realizes the pen belongs in her own hand, and she is not at the whim of someone else's thoughts. She is not a victim of her circumstances and bad things don't happen as punishment, but act as doors.

When she remembers that she belongs to herself, and this life is hers to live, she is in her power. And what a beautiful place to be; when she sees her own darkness as medicine, and her inner light as Truth. What a place to arrive, heart and head aligned.

And if you meet this woman, she will tell you just in her being...she believes in Soul miracles and she trusts her pain to carry her like an ocean wave washing upon a shore. She is not just a character in the book of wild women, she is the creator of her inner world. And her prayer for every wild woman is to find their own voice. To no longer walk in someone else's story, and to begin to write their own 💫
