HEY!

Sorry to yell, but we just needed to get your attention.

We’re having WiFi challenges at our Moser location right now, and our credit card machine is battling hard to function normally. If you’re coming, please bring cash!

While we’re on the subject, cash is preferred at our stores anyway because it helps us to avoid the fees and such attached to credit card transactions. As a h**p store we pay more than most businesses for that, but that’s a subject for another day.

It’s almost time again for the big Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA) Buy Local Fair!

This annual event happens on Sunday, May 31st at Lynn Family Stadium from noon to 6 PM. It features the best and brightest businesses Louisville has to offer, and we’re happy and proud to be featured among them.

Admission is free, but on sight parking is $10 a car. A small price to pay for the experience you will have.

Mother’s Day is bittersweet for Dee Dee, owner of 502 H**p.

“She passed away in April of 2010, but she is still my rock,” says Dee Dee. “I miss her more than words can even express.”

In the years since, Dee Dee has become an expert in medicinal h**p. Looking back with knowledge of what she’s learned has been a source of sadness.

“She passed from COPD, and CBD has helped people like her with the inflammation in her lungs,” Dee Dee says from her modern perspective. “It broke my heart when I learned that. Knowing I could have possibly helped her.”

And so, it’s in her mom’s honor that Dee Dee has committed herself to helping others. “If I can give anyone extra time with their loved one, that’s a blessing and the most rewarding part of my business.”

We at 502 H**p follow Dee Dee’s perspective and look forward with a mindset of making the world a better place through h**p.

Canopy is a local nonprofit organization that helps small businesses like ours to be succesful, and we love them.

Our whole identity at 502 H**p is about living inside gratitude and trying to present a sense of that appreciation to the the world.
