Happy Friday Facebook!

Please join me in the next drum roll for the addition of provider William Blake. We are so excited to add him to our growing family!

BIO:
My name is William Blake. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2004, and it’s truly been my passion from the start. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in this field, and in 2019,
I became a nurse to expand the ways I could support people on their mental health journeys. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and my goal is always the same: to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps people
feel better, heal, and live more fulfilling lives. I furthered my career because I care deeply about making mental health support more accessible, especially here in Kentucky. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, rooting for my
favorite sports teams and listening to music - it keeps me grounded and inspired.

We are hopeful to have William seeing patients starting by the middle of November/beginning of December. He will be seeing patients for medication management through the lifespan and will be covering our Louisville and Bardstown office locations. Again, please help me in welcoming William to our family!
