Sherrell Nunnelley started Nunnelley Funeral Home over 65 years ago on Taylor Boulevard where his family proudly served the families of Louisville's South End. After his passing in 2019, his son Lou, and longtime funeral director, Cindy, carried on the level of service families came to expect. In September of 2020, the Scott Family of Jeffersonville, IN, purchased Nunnelley Funeral Home from the Nunnelley family. The same compassion and excellent service will continue, along with subtle updates to the beautiful home. The Scott Family looks forward to serving the Louisville community as it has Southern Indiana since 1930.
