Happy Wednesday, Fit Fam! What started as a quick visit to FBBC turned into a full-on fitness journey for St. Matthews member, Sara Campbell, and she’s still showing up strong. Here is her story:

"My friend Audrey Atkins asked me to come one time so she could get her $25 referral, and I was so intimidated I almost walked out. I went home and told my husband I was only going to do the discounted first month, but here I am approaching session 200 over a year later.

I look forward to starting my day at Fit Body Boot Camp because it reminds me daily that I can do hard things and that I get better for doing them. Although I haven’t lost any significant weight, I’ve gained noticeable strength and endurance. My family and colleagues have remarked not only on these changes but also on my more positive, “can-do” attitude."

A Huge Thank You!

We want to give a big shoutout to all of our Fit Body Boot Camp members who represented us at the Ironman Louisville this past weekend! 🙌

It was hot, busy, and demanding, but thanks to all of the training we put in on the mat, we were ready for the walking, bending, lifting, and long hours. 💪🔥

Happy Wednesday, Fit Fam! Everyone’s fitness journey has highs and lows—and for Fern Creek member, Adam Lewis, hitting a plateau was that frustrating low. After making initial progress in his weight loss journey, things suddenly stalled. No matter what he tried, the scale wouldn't budge and the motivation started slipping. But everything changed the day he walked into Fit Body Boot Camp. Here is his story:

"I started my weight loss journey in November of 2023. I was close to 275 pounds. I hit a plateau in my weight loss around 225 lbs. That is when I found FBBC. There was a booth setup at my work at the UPS Health Fair and they were offering a free 4-week trial period, so I decided to give it a try.

The first week I felt nervous and out of place but the great coaches there helped ease that. After sticking with it going to sessions making it part of my routine, I feel better overall and more energetic. Since starting, I've lost about 14 pounds and went down 2 pant sizes."
