Congrats to all the Kentucky Derby Festival mini and full marathon finishers!!

This race was my first long-distance race over 20 years ago and today, I finally broke a sub 2 hour half marathon. While I have been training for this goal since January, I also coupled my physical training with regular massage from our highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapists. I truly believe this helped me cross the finish line in under two hours, remain injury free (for the most part haha), and enjoy the experience!

So whether you did the 5K last night, the mini or full this morning, or the challenge of the 5K + mini/full...hats off to you! And if you are in need of post sport event massage, we're here for you with availability THIS week.

Ahhh, springtime in the ville...the only thing predictable about this time of year is how amazing our Licensed Massage Therapists are!

After starting the day in the 60s and 70s, temperatures will continue to fall into the 40s and low 50s by this afternoon. We'll see wind chills this afternoon in the 30s and low 40s.

Our hearts go out to all the local businesses that have announced their closure lately. I fear we will see many more in the coming six months or so. Many of us are still rebounding from COVID impacts and it is exhausting. Just as many small businesses begin to get their head above the water, prices on rent/lease, utilities, costs of goods, etc. rise.

We are all exhausted and fighting hard to keep serving the communities we love and live in. We are grateful to have you in the corner fighting with, and for, us as well.
