Happy Monday! We've had quite a few new followers to our page, so thought I'd dip in and give some clarity on our exact location and where to park.
We are located at 307 West Southern Heights Ave, 40214, in the historic Beechmont neighborhood. This is located on a one-way street running perpendicular to Southern Parkway & 3rd Street. There are three buildings (houses) in a row on this block and we are the one on the corner of the alley and W. Southern Heights Ave.
When you arrive, you'll see a small yard sign out front. Turn into the alley and you can either park on the square concrete parking pad directly behind the Wellness Center OR just on the other side of the fence in the liquor store parking lot (feel free to go in and grab a beverage if that's your thing, let em know we sent ya!).
Once parked, just walk up to the front door and come on in. As we are by appointment only, we ask that you arrive on time or a few minutes early, please be mindful if you arrive more than 10 min early the doors may still be locked, but there are some chairs on the porch for you to enjoy while we get ready for you. :)
