🧊 Prevent Winter Falls — Even Indoors!
Colder months mean wet shoes, rugs that shift, and darker mornings — all of which can increase fall risk.

🦶 Fall Prevention Tips:
• Wipe shoes and floors to reduce slippery spots
• Remove clutter and secure throw rugs
• Keep pathways brightly lit
• Wear supportive, non-skid footwear
• Use assistive devices as recommended by your therapy team
