Last week, our team had the opportunity to engage in an emotional intelligence training led by Kiana Butcher and it was powerful.

We talked about what it really means to pause, to check in with ourselves, and to respond rather than react. Emotional intelligence isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present. About knowing how to hold space for our emotions and each other.

This training reminded us that growth doesn’t happen just through experience—it happens through reflection, empathy, and awareness.

Thank you, Kiana, for pouring into our team and helping us strengthen the emotional backbone of our work. Because when we lead with emotional intelligence, we serve with deeper compassion and clarity. 💛
