A Love Yourself Evening of Movement, Stillness & Warmth 💗
Louisville friends—join us Thursday evening at 6:00 PM for a nourishing 90-minute Love Yourself class designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Led by Kathy Clements and Tonya Phillips, this special evening unfolds in three comforting parts:
🧘♀️ 45 minutes of gentle flow yoga to ease the body and calm the nervous system
🧘♂️ 15 minutes of guided meditation to settle the mind and open the heart
✍️ 30 minutes of journaling & letter writing, complete with hot chocolate ☕️
Each participant will receive a “What I Love About Myself” journal—yours to use during class and take home as a sweet reminder of your own worth and self-compassion.
