Prenatal Yoga Coming to J'Town in September!!!
Hey Jeffersontown! We’re thrilled to announce the kickoff of Prenatal Yoga classes with our expert instructor Esther Beard. Every Thursday at 7:15 p.m., starting September 4, expect a calming atmosphere specifically designed for pregnant mothers. Our sessions provide the perfect escape to relieve stress and connect deeply with your changing body, all while bonding with fellow moms in the community.
While this class primarily supports prenatal moms, postpartum moms looking for a gentle practice are also welcome to join. Whether you’re expecting or recently navigating motherhood, this is your space to move, breathe, and feel supported.
Options are flexible—you can choose to attend individual classes, opt for a membership that gives you unlimited access to prenatal sessions, or select from our variety of class packages (5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-class packs), which are redeemable across all regular yoga and movement sessions.
