I believe that yoga is essential to maintaining the balance, strength and mobility that we all need as we age. Ann's Ageless Yoga is designed to allow you to adjust the intensity and difficulty of your yoga, whether you want a physical workout or are in the mood for a relaxing "slow flow." While I
love teaching yoga to students of all ages, my niche is teaching students in the "second half of their life." With understanding of our evolving physical and mental needs and the ageless benefits of yoga, I offer various types of yoga targeted at this age group.
