What sort of work do I do at The Light Clinic?
My therapeutic massages are about "Spatial Medicine"...helping you to function easier and more pain free in your body.
I believe a relaxed state is essential for your bidy to heal itself.
So even if we do sports massage, or a stretching only session, we will START with some techniques to help your body leave the stress response behind.

Community Massage Day, this Sunday the 29th, Frankfort studio.
What is a Community Massage Day?

This is an opportunity for me to give to the community, and for those people who need bodywork, but can't regularly afford it, to get quality work.
My great wonderful, regular customers, feel free to share this and pass it on to people you know who might need work, but I will ask you to pass on this so that others who can't afford can partake.
Donations ARE gratefully accepted.

Where it hurts is not where the issue is.
