Our residents are soaking up the beauty of this season and getting creative with some festive fall artwork. From colorful leaves to cozy autumn scenes, their creations are as bright and joyful as they are! 🍁✨

There’s just something about fall that brings out the smiles, laughter, and togetherness we love most here at Spring House.

🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight! 🌟

Please help us give a HUGE congratulations to two incredible ladies from our Spring House family! 💙

👏 In August, our Employee of the Month was Alyssa from Housekeeping – her hard work, dedication, and cheerful spirit make such a difference every single day.

👏 In September, we celebrated Brooke, one of our amazing Medical Professionals – her compassion, reliability, and care for our residents are truly unmatched.

These two women go above and beyond, showing up with heart and excellence in everything they do. They are deeply loved and respected by both coworkers and residents, and we are so blessed they chose to share their talents with Spring House. 💐

🐾 And we can’t forget a special shoutout to Nix, Jess’s sweet therapy pup—the best good girl who always brightens our days. Something tells us she’s already in the running for October’s Employee of the Month! 🐶💙

🎶🌶️👑 Chili, Pumpkins & Elvis! 👑🌶️🎶

Join us at Spring House at Louisville for our Chili Cook-Off with live entertainment by none other than the King himself — Elvis! 🎤✨

🎃 We’ll also have a Pumpkin Decorating Station — for a small donation, you’ll receive a pumpkin and all the decorating supplies. All proceeds will benefit the Walk to End Alzheimer’s 💜.

Nothing says pure joy quite like the smile on her face when her power chair was fixed and she could once again roll over to Dairy Queen for her favorite milkshake! 🍦🥤💙

Moments like these remind us that independence comes in many forms—and sometimes it’s as simple (and sweet) as a milkshake run. Cheers to Miss Pat and to all the little victories that bring big happiness! 💫

✨ What an amazing day at Spring House at Louisville! ✨

We were thrilled to host today’s HSPN Dine & Develop Luncheon and loved seeing so many incredible healthcare professionals come together with one goal—supporting our seniors. 💙

The energy in the room was electric thanks to Home Instead for having the always-inspiring Denise Metzger, with Surprise Invite as our speaker. She absolutely knocked it out of the park! 🙌 A big thank you to Clean Eatz for fueling us with a meal so delicious, you’d never guess it was good for you. 🍴👏

We are beyond proud of our Spring House at Louisville - Assisted Living and Memory Care Community team for pulling together to host this event for the second time—and it wouldn’t have been possible without Zandra Lyons for all she does for HSPN and for trusting us to host such a meaningful gathering. 💐

We had such a wonderful time today at Spring House at Louisville hosting Attorney Tom Stone with Stone Legal Group for an educational Lunch & Learn! 🌟

Tom shared valuable insights with our families about probate, and the key differences between health care directives and powers of attorney. The food was delicious, but the conversations were even better—so many families left feeling more confident and informed.
