We’ll build on your foundation of feeling cues in your body while growing confidence in standing postures like crescent lunge, warrior poses, and triangle—adding gentle twists and side bends to support strength, balance, and ease.

Happy Monday, community! First, a huge thank you to everyone (and teacher Polly!) who showed up to help us support The Be Like Ellie Foundation on Saturday morning. Wow! And we'll continue to support this amazing organization through March! Up next, Kisa is teaching $10 Community Gives Yoga Flow on Saturday at 9:30 p.m.

Second, we have spots open in Baby +Me Yoga this Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Sarah! Drop-in price is just $25. Please register in Workshops on our website.

Also, starting on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. is our Yoga Foundations: Begin or Begin, Again series with Lauren. Join us for all 3 classes or drop in for one or two. Please register in Workshops on our website.

Happy Monday, community! We're so excited to offer more classes at the studio, starting this week! Which one (or two or three) will you check out?

➡Polly is back! Join her for Community Flow every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m., still followed by a Yin with Dawn 7:00 p.m. (a great chance for a double!)
➡Restorative Yoga with Gena on Thursdays is moving to 5:45 p.m. Now you can take a double, starting with Flow & Chill with Shelley at 4:30 p.m
➡Tai Chi is now on Sundays, as well as Mondays! Join Candace every Sunday, 10:45 - Noon. The Monday class is still at 8:00 a.m.
