Update: Our Allison Lane Jeffersonville office will remain open despite today’s event. Someone accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake when trying to park out front. We thank God everyone is safe and there were no injuries. Making light of a bad situation, here are a few captions for the photos:

We are excited to welcome Dr. Samuel Clellen to our team at Louisville Foot & Ankle Specialists. Dr. Clellen completed his fellowship earlier this year and is excited to practice in Louisville. Please congratulate and welcome Dr. Clellen.

Dr. Sam Clellen is a board-qualified, fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon at Louisville Foot and Ankle Specialists. Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, he is an avid Cleveland sports fan who brings Midwestern dedication and integrity to every patient interaction.

Dr. Clellen attended Ohio University for his undergraduate studies before completing his medical education at Barry University in Miami, FL, where he graduated as Salutatorian while also earning his MBA. He then went on to complete his residency training in South Florida at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, followed by a rigorous one-year fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the WellSpan Health Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Lancaster, PA.

At Louisville Foot and Ankle Specialists, Dr. Clellen provides comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care tailored to each patient’s needs. He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love, with a focus on patient education, open communication, and evidence-based treatment.

New to Louisville, Dr. Clellen is eager to explore all the city has to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys taking his dog on hikes, traveling, and discovering new foods.
