The intense heat we have been dealing with can be difficult. It is important to use care when going outside and to take all the necessary caution to protect our health. The one thing we should not do is stop taking our medicine. If you have questions about your medicine regarding this heat, call Sage MH. We are always here for you!

The largest group of unsung heroes has to be moms! Mother’s Day, May 11th, is fast approaching. It is one day a year that we have to honor our mothers for everything they have done for us. We, at Sage want to thank all the mothers out there who have been such an integral part of our lives. You rock!💙

April 22, 1970 marked the first Earth Day. 55 years ago it became apparent that the world needed to take care of its planet. The theme this year is “Our power, Our planet”. The main focus being to develop reusable energy and combat climate change. Just like our own bodies and minds, it is our responsibility to take care of where we live. Tomorrow and everyday, turn off unneeded lights, pick up some litter or conserve some water. It’s the right thing to do.
