I feel like we talk a lot about filling our cups but we often forget to mention the cracks. It is really hard to fill that cup when it has a giant leak labeled burnout or executive dysfunction. Not all cups are created equally.

Just a little reminder to anyone who might need to hear it:

You should never feel embarrassed or ashamed about coming back in for an appointment no matter how long it’s been. Life gets busy, things come up, and sometimes taking care of ourselves ends up at the bottom of the list.

Please know you are never judged here. Ever.

Whether it’s been weeks, months, or even years, you are always welcome to come back and pick up right where you left off. Our goal has always been to support you, not make you feel bad for needing help or taking time to get there.

Your health and well-being matter, and we’re always here when you’re ready. 🤍

If this moment is sucky, please borrow this breathing circle. Tracing the lines and focusing on your breath is like hitting a tiny reset button for your nervous system.

⏰ Daylight Saving Time Reminder ⏰

This weekend we “spring forward,” which means losing an hour of sleep. While it may seem like a small change, our bodies and minds often need a little time to adjust. Feeling more tired, irritable, or out of routine for a few days is completely normal.

A few gentle tips to help ease the transition:
🌙 Try going to bed a little earlier this weekend
☀️ Get some natural sunlight in the morning
🚶 Move your body during the day
📵 Limit screens before bedtime

Give yourself grace as your internal clock resets. Small shifts in routine can take a few days to settle, and that’s okay.

Take care of your sleep, your mind, and yourself. 💙

Before you convince yourself it's going to fall apart, pause. There's a chance it might actually turn out okay.
