Meet Paul — new dad, dedicated OTFer, and proof that showing up for yourself means showing up for the ones you love. 👶

Since day one, Paul’s commitment has inspired everyone around him. He loves the mix of cardio and strength — and the challenges that prove he’s capable of more than he ever imagined. But his biggest ‘why’ is waiting for him at home: his kids.

Meet Yoshi from OTF South Anchorage! 🧡 When his daughter suggested he try OTF, he jumped in to stay in shape — and to stay far away from the doctor’s office as he gets older. 👏

Yoshi set a goal to show up 8 times every month … and he’s still doing it. His biggest supporters? His daughter, his wife, and his OTF coaches and staff. He’s made new friends, built healthy habits, and even found a way to actually enjoy working out (spoiler: it’s the OTF magic).

She graduated Louisville Male HS in 2018 and is currently studying Exercise Science with a focus in Health and Wellness at Bellarmine University. Outside of OTF, you’ll find Emma outside either hiking, fishing, or playing various sports. Emma was drawn to OTF because of her passion for health, wellness, and fitness. She looks forward to sharing her love for OTF with others!

Mondays set the tone for the rest of the week. This will be a summer unlike any other — where anything is possible, and we live life to the fullest and appreciate second chances. Building that Monday mindset in the studio will give you the fuel to have all the energy, confidence and go-getter attitude to make this a summer to remember. Trust us, if you can do it on a Monday, you can crush it ANY day. 💪🏽
