Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

She graduated Louisville Male HS in 2018 and is currently studying Exercise Science with a focus in Health and Wellness at Bellarmine University. Outside of OTF, you’ll find Emma outside either hiking, fishing, or playing various sports. Emma was drawn to OTF because of her passion for health, wellness, and fitness. She looks forward to sharing her love for OTF with others!

Mondays set the tone for the rest of the week. This will be a summer unlike any other — where anything is possible, and we live life to the fullest and appreciate second chances. Building that Monday mindset in the studio will give you the fuel to have all the energy, confidence and go-getter attitude to make this a summer to remember. Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. The one-hour, ever changing workout was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components, including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training, and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise.
