I saw this and it hit me hard! Running a business is really, really hard. However, I’d rather work really hard for my family and fulfill my dream and help others in the way I best can vs doing it for anyone else.

What else they don’t see: the fulfillment from helping others, being a part of the community, inspiring others, leadership opportunities, being a role model for my kids and others, personal growth, strengthening my purpose …it goes on and on!
