So today's workout this morning at De'Anna's Adult Day Center,was the Boosted Fitness Walk (fast paced). When I say I was wondering why we were sweating during the warm up!!! I didn't read the title. Reading is fundamental 😂😂😂😂Omg. It was an amazing workout.
