We want to highlight Celebrate Recovery as a great recovery resource. CR is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program offering a safe place to work through hurts, habits, or hang-ups in a supportive environment. We are unaffiliated with Celebrate Recovery, but we know of a lot of folks in recovery who participate and have had very positive experiences with CR.

If you're interested in checking out Celebrate Recovery, you can find a meeting at Revolution Church, 4163 Roosevelt Avenue, Louisville, KY 40213. Meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.

It's Sober Saturday, and sometimes we want to enjoy the weekend without leaving the house. Here are some ideas for at-home fun!

Movie marathon – pick a theme (comedies, recovery stories, documentaries) and make a popcorn bar with fun toppings.
Karaoke at home – YouTube karaoke tracks + Bluetooth mic = instant sober party.
Host a “Tiny Desk” concert night – stream live acoustic sessions or create your own playlist for a mini living room concert.
Art night – painting, drawing. Create a competition to see who draw something the most accurately or creatively.
DIY crafts – candles, soap, or vision boards for recovery goals.
Journaling – gratitude journaling or creative writing sessions.

These are great with family and friends! Hold one once a month or however often you'd like. Doing fun activities with the fam or a few friends regularly helps foster connection, making sober living all the more meaningful!
