Turning Points was founded in 1991 by an independent group of highly experienced therapists, many of whom have worked in Louisville's community mental health systems.
Our therapists believe that everyone has the right to access therapy services, and we strive to provide the appropriate services, at the right time, and with reasonable cost.
Turning Points is centrally located in Professional Towers in the St. Matthews neighborhood of Louisville.
