We are so excited and honored to host special guest teacher Michael Fine in our studio for the next 5 days. Thanks to Elizabeth Spears for the connection to create this opportunity, Morgan Wessel for the organization and hospitality to make it possible, and our regular teachers who are sharing their classes to make this easily accessible for our community and beyond.

💦Michael will begin each class in the Solar Room with about 10-15 minutes telling his story, his struggles, and how yoga has transformed his life before beginning your traditional instructed series of the 26&2. You can click here to see an ESPN inside look into Michael's journey.

💙Michael is substituting into our regularly scheduled classes while he is visiting from Chicago. We are deeply grateful to our teachers who lovingly volunteered their class times so that Michael could have the space to share his voice with our community.

🔥If you are signed up for a 75 minute class: After hearing Michael's introduction/storytelling, he will then immediately begin the instruction of your 26&2 series, making it a condensed version of approximately 60-65 minutes. For a 90 minute class: 10-15 minutes of introduction/storytelling followed by ~75 minutes of instruction.

☑️ Classes are on regular schedule, so all memberships apply as usual or these can be registered for at the $26 regular drop in rate .Book ahead on your app and cancel as necessary! Come to multiple classes if you so desire, this opportunity for hearing a new voice is a unique one!

It is with deep sadness we share this recent loss. Although it seems our time with Wayne was short, he made an impact working desk shifts at our studio, always jumping up to serve and support, or coming to class and practicing, whether a sweaty Hot 26 class or Yin. We honor his presence with us and know the sorrow due to the temporary nature and what we do not control in this world. We give the deepest gratitude for the love and energy we can depend on continuing on through the flow of connections and relationships cultivated in our community 🖤

Meet the first three of our 2023 Hot 26&2 Teacher Training Graduates to jump right into the fire 🔥(aka hot room) and get their feet wet 💦 (plus everything else...because you know it's sweaty in there😉)!!!

✨Heather Vaught was on it for a quick sub need week before last and taught her first instructed 75 minute class Friday PLUS jumped in again for another quick sub need Saturday, and rocked leading a Hot 26 Beats🎶

ℹ️Heather began her yoga journey in February 2021 when a friend invited her to a Hot Yoga Louisville 26 & 2 class. The experience instantly and unexpectedly took root and yoga became a priority in her life. A seed planted quickly sprouted and produced the desire to acquire the ability and have the honor to share this with others leading her to train in the 2023 26 & 2 class with Glenn Brown and Cindy Lunsford. Heather is eager to learn from, evolve with, and contribute to the yoga community where everyone can facilitate transformation together.

✨Steve Santo debuted this morning at 8am for his first Hot 26 Instructed 75 minute teaching and it was fabulous.
ℹ️Steve used to be a runner and got into yoga to help stretch and strengthen other parts of his body. When a friend introduced him to Hot Yoga in 2015, he was hooked. Steve found the mental and physical challenge of learning to relax while you push yourself very similar to running. Hot Yoga also provided the much needed mental and physical release from the rest of life. Steve retired from a long career as an engineer/manager at the end of 2022 and it didn’t take long after for him to begin his teacher training. Steve has six grown kids and four grandkids – so he is used to leading group activities. :-)

ℹ️Elizabeth has been passionate about hot yoga for over 20 years, Elizabeth has relied on the benefits of the series to ease pregnancies, pandemic and cancer, and enrich joy, build compassion and community. Welcome to hot yoga! She looks forward to meeting you!
