UPDATE!!! Our label company let us now that they had switched some of the products they use in making labels and had gotten several complaints similar to ours. They are switching back to the original product and hopefully the issue will be resolved! Thank y’all!

We need your help!!! As many of you know, we have had trouble with our labels lately with the ink fading. We are trying to narrow down if it is the printer or the labels causing the problem. We will be making marks (like the pics below) on your labels to help us identify which printer your label comes from. Let us know when you call in how your labels are holding up and what color mark you have!!!
