Dinners by Dre did an incredible job catering The Art of Calm: retreat!!! The food was lovingly chosen, intentionally prepared, beautiful and colorful to the eye, and absolutely delicious!!!!!!! Her vibrant energy and passion for what she does creates a joyful experience for everyone!!

At The Art of Calm: Nervous System Regulation and Relaxation we will look at the nervous system from a somatic lens. Meaning we will be focusing on how the body’s sensations are connected to both physical and emotional experiences.

This perspective emphasizes the role of the nervous system in regulating bodily sensations such as tension, pain, and movement, while also considering its impact on emotions, stress, and trauma.

The somatic approach at this retreat will help you become more aware of your bodily responses and be guided in a variety of holistic techniques to promote mending and a deeper connection between your mind and body.

I've recently joined forces with the incredible team of health and wellness specialists at Meridian Integrative Wellness. It's truly an honor to be working alongside my dear friend and intuitive healer, Danis Rita, by sharing a studio with her. My part-time hours are set to begin this week!
