• Set your intention (healing, peace, clarity, openness).
• Stay hydrated before and after.
• Eat a light meal or snack.
• Dress in comfortable clothing.
• Arrive early for in-person sessions, or create a quiet space for distance Reiki.
• Keep an open mind—Reiki flows where it’s needed most.
• After your session, drink water, rest, and notice how you feel over the next few days.
