WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING (2/14) THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON (2/16).

* WHAT...Moderate to heavy mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of 4 inches or more possible. Ice accumulations exceeding a tenth of an inch over portions of the area.

* WHERE...Southern Indiana and central Kentucky.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult to impossible at times. Power outages are possible due to snow and previous ice accumulations on trees and power lines.
