Fundamentals of Therapeutic Thai Massage
This is the one where we build it from the ground up. Real Thai bodywork, real application. Nothing flashy for the sake of looking cool—just work that gets results.
It’s mat-based, but I’ll show you how most of it translates straight to the table (with draping).

Thai Techniques for the Table Therapist
If you’ve been wanting to bring Thai into your sessions without changing your whole setup, this is it. We’ll work through all four positions and make it practical for everyday use.

Both classes come with premium manuals and small groups so you’re not fighting for attention.

It’s harvest time here in Louisville — and this week I dug up my Plai, Thai ginger, turmeric, and Chinese finger root before the snow hit! These rhizomes originally flew home with me from Thailand, and this is now the second generation I’ve grown right here in Kentucky.

I might just be developing a new cold-tolerant Thai variety after this week’s freeze — “Bluegrass Plai,” anyone? 🤣

These beautiful roots will soon be transformed into Thai-inspired balms, herbal compresses, and foot and body scrubs, made with other traditional Thai herbs I’ve been collecting and cultivating.

Keep an eye out — coming VERY soon.

🎉 Big news, friends — I’m officially a NCTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider!

The past few years have been a whirlwind of traveling to Asheville, Charlotte, and Nashville to assist and teach… and now, you can come study with me right here in Louisville. ⚜️⚜️

My first offering? Foundations of Therapeutic Thai Massage — a 2-day, mat-based journey into body mechanics, movement, and looking at massage through a whole new lens. This course is 16 CE hours and designed to give you the tools to work smarter and feel better in your own body.

And this is just the beginning… 🌸 In the future, I’ll be hosting retreats so we can dive even deeper into this beautiful work.
